APPRECIATION TO ALL FOR THE SUCCESS RECORDED DURING THE MAIDEN EDITION OF NAPPS NATIONAL (ABUJA) SPELLING BEE
NAPPS SPELLING BEE CONTEST is for learners in both Primary and Secondary Schools in NAPPS member schools or any interested school nationwide – 774 local governments 36 states and Federal Capital Territory .
It was organized by National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools( NATIONAL ) led by Visionary Leader Otunba Yomi Otubela (FCMA) , supported by all nationwide and in particular NAPPS Lagos State Chapter President, Alhaji Olawale M.T Amusa. This started at Local Government Levels in July 2022 while the Lagos State champion contest was held on August 19 , 2022 at Lagooz CBT Hall at Agege
Tombey Foundation School participated in these competitions for both Primary and College category respectively. We are happy to inform you that:
At Kosofe Chapter , the Local Government where the school is situated, the elimination series to get the Chapter Champion was done in July 2022 and we are pleased that for Primary Category – Master Mayowa Ajaye – Primary 5 learner was the Overall winner – KOSOFE CHAMPION and joined other 2 runners – Psalms Oduteye from Great Able School and Ayanfe Amao from Crown Jewel School , to contest for State Champion.
For Secondary Category Master Munachi Agu –SS2 learner from Tombey College came 1st and became the Kosofe Champion for Secondary School Category. Meanwhile, 2nd position went to Flourish Abe of Great Able Schools and Miss Oreoluwa Adebusi of Tombey College came 3rd
At the Elimination series for the State Champion involving 3 learners or winners from the 20 local governments in the state, we are pleased to advise that our Miss Oreoluwa Adebusi of Tombey College came 1st (FIRST) out of the 60 contestants.
